I LISTEN. Like many things in life, listing a home takes carefull planning. From the initial point of contact with a client I ask the right questions and listen to what it is you are trying to accomplish with the sale. Do you need to sell fast? Are you still looking for a new home? What are your needs as a home seller? 

I RESEARCH AND ANALYZE. I know Kelowna inside and out and with a few quick facts like your address and the improvements you have made, I can do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to find out what the market is doing in your area, how quickly homes are selling, and what a good price point is for the listing.
I CREATE. At the first meeting and walk through of your home I will present to you all of my facts and tweak the CMA a little bit to get the best picture of what we are trying to accomplish. From here I create a plan to market your home. Which angle we take is dependent on so many factors and the personalization of each clients marketing plan is what makes my work as an agent stand out from the others.
